Mary is a very experienced Masseuse who we are happy to have working with us here at Grue Demoiselle. Mary has been qualified in Massage for over 10 years and in the UK had her own practice for the last 4 years before moving to France.

Amongst her many talents she is also a Reiki Master, offers Crystal therapy and Intuitive Essential Oil therapies and is also qualified as a sports Masseuse.

You can be assured of a professional treatment and a wonderful healing experience whilst in Mary's capable hands.

Full Body Deep Tissue Massage - 1 hour

This massage is excellent for relaxation, it can increase blood flow and assist your flexibility it also helps to clear the toxin's from the body. Combine this massage with a scented oil and you have total pampering. Expect this massage to take an hour, indulge yourself in the full experience of a relaxing atmosphere, candles, gentle music and an experienced masseuse.

Indian Head Massage - 40-45 minutes

As its name implies this massage treats the head and face, it also treats the upper back, the neck and shoulders, it offers relief to headache sufferers and can help people with Sinus problems. It is a great stress buster, just what you need to kick start your holiday. This treatment is given on a special Massage chair and Mary will massage with the upper back, neck as well as the head.

Grue Demoiselle Special Sensory Treatment - 1 hour

This treatment is a real treat, a chance to escape into a sensory world. Mary will tune in and prepare the healing room specifically with you in mind, Essential oils and crystals will be chosen for use during your treatment.

During this treatment you will have specific crystals placed upon your Chakra points and Mary will scan your body for any imbalances . She will combine her Reiki healing with massage and will spend time giving you Reiki healing.

This is then followed by a Palm Stone massage using crystals which resonate with you on a personal level.

Once you have had a chance to sink deep into a relaxed state she will bring you slowly back with a hands or feet massage - luxury - how can you resist?

Sports Recovery Massage - 1 hour 30 minutes

It also includes pre-event, post-event and maintenance techniques that promote greater athletic endurance and performance, lessen chances of injury and reduce recovery time.
